Macarthur Gardens North

Macarthur Gardens North is a new sustainable, walkable and connected neighbourhood, conveniently located in southwest Sydney, close to public transport, shops and health and educational facilities.

Landcom’s proposal for Macarthur Gardens North will feature diverse housing to accommodate a wide range of people, new arrival station plaza and amenities, walking and cycling paths, as well as the preservation and enhancement of native bushland.

Gyde prepared a Social Impact Assessment for the affordable housing component of the development, that evaluated how the project would positively impact the community by reducing housing stress, contributing to resident wellbeing, and supporting the local economy.
