Statutory planning is at the core of our service offering at Gyde, with an exceptional depth and range of skills in this area provided by senior staff, backed by skilful and effective teams.
We work on projects across all industry sectors in NSW and the ACT, providing advice and securing approvals for a range of development including mixed use proposals, residential flat buildings, medium density, retail and employment, town centres, affordable housing, co-living housing, community infrastructure (including childcare centres), social infrastructure and subdivisions.
We also have an excellent understanding of the ACT planning process, including the lease hold system, works approvals and development applications.
Every statutory planning project Gyde undertakes starts with a thorough planning due diligence process to ensure a considered, practical and streamlined approach to the approvals process, and to support a feasible project outcome.
Our role is to integrate and facilitate the various aspects of the planning process and use our expertise to guide clients successfully through a complex and multi layered planning context.

- Preparing and submitting Review of Environmental Factors (REFs) reports
