Epping Town Centre

Gyde is providing urban design services to guide the built form outcomes of a Planning Proposal for a proposed mixed use development within the Epping Town Centre.

Our urban design team undertook detailed site and context analysis and built form studies to inform the proposal. We prepared a comprehensive Urban Design Report in support of the Planning Proposal.

The proposed development will accommodate a full line supermarket and retail hub, commercial floor space, green and open forecourt and plaza spaces, and high amenity apartments close to rapid transport.

Gyde has worked closely with the applicant, design team and Council to refine the proposed design and demonstrate the future potential of the town centre as a central retail node in Epping, and a catalyst for commercial growth and renewal across the centre.
