Gladesville Village Centre Masterplan

Gyde is preparing the Gladesville Village Centre Masterplan and Planning Proposal to facilitate long-term renewal of the Gladesville Village Centre.

Gyde's urban design and strategic planning teams are working closely with Hunters Hill Council to refine the future built form and planning framework for the revitalisation of the Gladesville Village and surrounding lands.

The Masterplan envisions a green, engaging and social centre, with new community facilities and open spaces including a new civic heart, a new supermarket with associated retail services, a vibrant night-time economy, improved pedestrian connectivity, and high-quality built form outcomes with increased building heights and densities to facilitate renewal.

The Gladesville Village Centre Masterplan will revitalise an ageing commercial strip and create a more vibrant, connected and resilient centre for residents, businesses and visitors.
