Chatswood Dive Site

Gyde prepared two Social Impact Assessments for the Chatswood Dive site redevelopment for Landcom, one for a built to rent development and the other for a build to sell outcome.

As the NSW Government’s land and property development agency, Landcom’s primary role is to increase housing in NSW that creates more options for low to moderate income earners. As part of the preparation of our Social Impact Assessments was primary research into the housing needs of essential workers. This analysis helped develop a greater understanding of the issues faced by essential workers, and how housing created specifically for this group could best achieve their needs.
