What we did

We provided strategic planning advice and prepared a comprehensive Statement of Environmental Effects and Clause 4.6 variation request. Services included contributing to the development design, advising on technical reports to accompany the application, advising on submission requirements, liaising with the approval authority ad presenting to Willoughby Local Planning Panel. We were proud to work with Truslan & AJ+C Architects to gain approval for this development.
