We provided due diligence advice to NBN on site selection and engaged in pre-DA discussions with senior Council Officers, Councillors, and various State Planning Authorities. We then coordinated, prepared the relevant planning documentation and lodged nine separate development applications across New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania for satellite ground stations, with the proposed facility in Bourke (NSW) receiving DA approval from the Western JRPP in less than ten weeks! We have been working with NBN Co in relation to the implementation and rollout of its satellite ground station programme across ten sites throughout Australia.
