What we did

We provided ongoing planning advice and prepared a Development Application, including a Statement of Environmental Effects. Services involved contributing to the development design, advising on technical reports to accompany the application, advising on submission requirements, and presenting to the Sydney South Planning Panel. We also provided expert town planning evidence in the NSW Land & Environment Court. This project consisted of a Development Application for the construction of a luxury, 9-storey residential flat building with three levels of basement car parking. The approved development is within one of Cronulla’s most attractive locations, close to the beach, numerous parks, and a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and local facilities.
