What we did

Between 2013 and 2015, we provided strategic planning advice, regarding the approvals pathway for this significant mixed use development in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. We prepared a Stage 1 Concept DA, followed by project management for the architectural design competition for the approved concept. We subsequently prepared the detailed Stage 2 DA (SEE) & concurrent Section 96(2) Modification Application for the approved concept. In addition to gaining development approvals, we project managed the architectural design competition process. This included the preparation of the Architectural Design Competition Strategy and Brief, co-ordination of jurors & competition entrants, preparation of all relevant correspondence to jurors, entrants and the Council and preparation of the Architectural Design Competition Report at the conclusion of the competition.
