Hurstville Civic Precinct

What we did

We were commissioned by the Georges River Council to prepare a planning proposal and to guide the necessary updates and refinements to the Hurstville Civic Precinct Master Plan. They also prepared the draft Development Control Plan to assist in implementing intended outcomes. This planning proposal seeks to enable the future development of a civic, cultural, community & residential destination on the subject site within the Hurstville City Centre. It will include a range of public benefits including new public plazas, library, gallery, auditorium & theatre space, council chambers & parking for 1.200 cars.
