Wontama Village Orange

We provided strategic planning advice and preparation of a Statement of Environmental Effects to accompany a Development Application for the redevelopment of part of the existing residential aged care facility at Wontama Village for the purpose of a new, contemporary care facility.  The Project Architect was Jackson Teece. We also prepared various Section 96 modification applications to vary conditions & design elements of the original DA approval.
