We provided strategic planning advice, prepared a site specific planning proposal with voluntary planning agreement and supporting development control plan. We subsequently prepared a Development Application, inclusive of a Statement of Environmental Effects addressing all relevant planning controls, site conditions and environmental impacts. We alongside Uniting and other consultant team members presented the Development Application to the Inner West Local Planning Panel where it was approved. The proposed development included demolition of the existing vacant building and construction of a new 5-6 storey Seniors Living Development with 50 independent living units (ILUs) inclusive of eight affordable living units. Ground level commercial and community spaces will activate the Norton Street frontage and roof top communal open spaces will provide residents with attractive outdoor entertainment and leisure opportunities.
