We were responsible for the preparation of the Development Application (DA) for the proposal. This involved the preparation of the SEE for the DA and management of the planning approvals process from the initial strategic advice phase through to environmental assessment and post lodgement liaison with North Sydney Council. The application was recommended for approval by Council and approved by the Sydney North Planning Panel. The proposed development will be the new Australian headquarters for Zurich Financial Services Australia. An existing commercial building will be demolished to allow for the construction of a new commercial office building in a prominent location within the North Sydney’s centre.
