What we did

We provided strategic planning advice and prepared a Statement of Environmental Effects together with Clause 4.6 Height Variation and Car Parking Variation Reports to accompany a Development Application. The scheme takes account of the heritage significance of the two existing buildings on the site providing accommodation for seniors in the community and providing high level amenity to future occupants. Overview - Construction of a new Seniors Living Development, containing approximately 10-12 Independent Living Units at the subject site. The proposal was for alterations and additions to existing buildings on the site and conversion to four self-contained dwellings, as well as construction of a new building containing six self-contained dwellings with basement car parking pursuant to the provisions of State Environmental Planning Policy (Housing for Seniors or People with a Disability) 2004.
