School Infrastructure NSW Stimulus Projects

As the principal statutory planning consultant, we provided a range of services to support the delivery of the Stimulus funded school projects at Carlingford West Public School, Edmondson Park Public School, North Sydney Public School and Picnic Point High School. Services included ongoing strategic planning advice regarding planning approvals pathway options for various works at all of the aforementioned schools, the preparation of State Significant Development Applications (SSDAs) for extensive upgrade and refurbishment works at Carlingford West and North Sydney PS’s, preparation of an “early works” local DA and a concurrent SSDA for a new public school at Edmondson Park and provision of advice regarding the feasibility of undertaking complying development for the new “TAS” building and associated services at Picnic Point High School.
