Rural Lands And Villages Study And Strategy

We developed a strategy to guide long-term planning for Penrith's rural lands. The values of, and issues affecting, Penrith’s rural lands were analysed through a place-based framework, providing an LGA-specific approach. Feedback and inputs from consultation with key stakeholders informed the project, as did site assessments of Penrith’s rural areas. The Strategy feeds into a broader LEP Review by Penrith City Council, informing Council’s future approach to Penrith’s rural lands.
