We provided strategic planning advice and prepared a Statement of Environmental Effects and Clause 4.6 Height Variation Report to allow 2-storey development within the rear 25% of the site to accompany a Development Application. The proposal was for the demolition of four existing dwelling houses located adjacent to the site of the existing aged care facility, at 2-8 Sharon Place, and construction of a 2-storey addition adjoining the existing facility to provide 38 additional rooms, together with associated car parking and landscaping. The project was an extension of an existing aged care facility through the creation of 38 new bedrooms on three adjacent lots.
