GYDE's first Reconciliation Action Plan is officially accredited by Reconciliation Australia

This artwork, Towards Harmony by Aboriginal Artist Adam Laws, adorns GYDE Consulting's first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). The concentric circles and pathways represent a collaboration of different groups of people, sharing ideas and knowledge while making their way towards mutual understanding, co-operation and co-ordination. The kaleidoscope of surrounding shapes and patterns i a visualisation of both natural and urban land management, and the harmony that can be created through the consultation and knowledge-sharing process. Gyde’s inaugural REFLECT RAP has been endorsed by Reconciliation Australia. We look forward to the journey we have now begun to deepen our understanding and respect for First Peoples’ rich history, cultures, and achievements; and to promote opportunities within our sphere of influence.
